Building Project Forms.

The Building Projects forms are for developers, contractors, etc., to submit applications for new sites, adding or modifying an existing site, relocating service, or demolition.
The problem:
The original forms consisted of multiple forms on different pages and on multiple screens and didn’t allow the user to see everything at once. They were also much more complicated than they needed to be.
The solution:
I did a complete overhaul of these forms with the goal of streamlining and simplifying as much as possible while still making sure to capture all the necessary info. I wanted to make sure each form could live on one single page. I used conditional fields to avoid unnecessary clutter and sectioned things out with field sets for easier consumption.
